Erin
I graduated with a degree in physical therapy from UT Southwestern Medical School in 1995. While the early years of my career were spent in pediatrics, I more recently began to focus continuing education courses on adult rehabilitation, especially after suffering from my own low-back pain. After discovering the benefits of Pilates in 2015. I took courses in rehabilitative Pilates from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. That’s when I realized I could combine my physical therapy education and experience, with my interest and enthusiasm for the many benefits of Pilates. I completed my comprehensive certification with Peak Pilates in 2021. I love how Pilates can be adapted to many fitness levels, ages and needs. It truly is an activity that builds your strength from the inside out.
