Why does my pain return after a massage? | Episode 83

We get this question all the time… I go and get a massage for my neck pain, or back pain, or hip pain and it feels good (in a painful way). I feel better after the massage, but my pain returns within hours to days later. Why does this happen?
I am told by a doctor that I just need a massage for my neck pain or back pain? I keep having to do massage 2 times a week and it helps, but I can not keep this up, it is not fixing the problem..
Is this you? Well then you are going to want to listen to this next Podcast because we get into why this happens. Listen, I love a good massage like all of you, but when your pain returns quickly it is the first sign that something else is going on and you need to find someone who can help you solve this problem.
And doctors are not always the best sources to figuring these problems out as they just want to throw pills and injections at you.
We have several options for you to continue your learning on how to relieve any kinds of aches and pains without pain pills, surgeries or injections..
